		<description>Is breaking the law unethical in your book? Because using copyrighted material without consent  is just that - a violation of the law. 
You're allowed to link to an image as Torkington did in the post you linked to. What you cannot do is hotlink or host the image on your own servers without getting permission from The Times.
BTW - I never argued your point that they were tweaking the data. Only that your indignation about said tweaking was ironic in light of the fact that you were stealing their content. And yes, it technically is theft.</description>
